The Greatest Day Ever Music Festival & Carnival lived up to its name once again with some of the biggest names in hip-hop and EDM today. Celebrating its 5th year at the New York City. This year the festival was held at New York Expo Center in the Bronx on July 14-15, 2018.
I attended the festival on the second day. On arriving at the location I was amazed on how the event organizers transformed the New York Expo Center into this wonderful carnival park. As soon as I walked into the venue, I noticed people of all ages and nationalities enjoying themselves. Usually when I attend a concert/festival, the first place I go to is the photo pit but this time was different.
I spent a good hour waking around taking photos of people, carnival rides and talking to vendors about the festival. Carnival rides were free with your ticket purchase and hundreds took advantage of it. This was such a wonderful event that more people should attend for next year.
