TEAM NOTABLES

On Sunday, the New York Liberty (16-5) defeated the Indiana Fever (6-16), 101-83, in the third game of their 2023 four-game season series. New York remained undefeated against Indiana this season, improving to 3-0 in their 2023 regular-season series.

New York’s 44-point first quarter not only eclipsed the franchise record for single-quarter scoring by six points, but is also the single highest-scoring quarter in WNBA history since the league moved from halves to quarters in 2006.

At Barclays Center, the Liberty finished on 54.4% (37-68) shooting from the field, 50% (17-34) from three, and 71% (10-14) at the free throw line. The Liberty’s 101 points marked their fourth 100-point game of 2023, setting a franchise record for the most triple-digit finishes in a single season. New York’s 17 made three-pointers tied a season-high and was one shy of the WNBA record. Their 68-point first half also set a season-high for scoring in any half.

Up Next: The New York Liberty will continue its four-game homestand, hosting the Seattle Storm on Tuesday, July 25 at 7 p.m. ET.
